A2. DB Alt Bench Press – 2 DB’s – Press both DBs, up to begin – then, Keep one DB Up in the air in the locked out position while the opposite lowers at a 3 count. X 12 reps (6R/6L) X 4 sets; Rest 90-120 sec.
B. 1A Suitcase KB Lunge Steps – 2 Gym Lengths X 4 sets; rest 90-120sec b/t; increase wt. each set if you are able.
