- 12 BIG box jump step down – Challenge yourself
- 6 strict MU; 12 Dip Variation for MOD, if no MU.
- 12 DB Wt. lunge steps - HEAVY; Challenge yourself (Should be able to complete all - 12 steps unbroken.)
